The Annual "Best of Both Worlds" Hunter & Western Show sponsored by Bridle Path Manor took place this past May 3 & 4th, 2008 at the Chemung County Fairgrounds. Go to www.omniequestriancenter.com and click on the "Gallery" section and the "Best of Both Worlds" slidshow to see some fun images of Omni riders participating in this show.
Omni Equestrian riders did extremely well and we want to congratulate them:
Limit Rider Hunter 2'3" Champion was Omni's Kelly Kramerik of Elmira NY, riding "Cinderella Story" owned by Omni Equestrian Center.
Children/Adult Hunter (combined) 2'6" Champion was Omni's Mary Pelkowski of Sayre PA, riding "Smoke on the Water" owned by Beth Nicholson. This was Mary's first time showing at 2'6"!
Special Hunter 2'9" Omni rider Andrea Bookbinder of Corning NY, and Reserve Champion "Little Chap" owned by Omni Equestrian Center.
Kelly Kramerik and Cinderella Story were 2nd on Saturday and 1st on Sunday in the Warm-up Hunter (largest class of the show) which includes four heights: 2', 2'3", 2'6" & 2'9".
Saturday was an absolutely perfect show day. On Sunday participants were riding through puddles, making it a much harder show day. Congratulations to all of our riders for their effort and enthusiasm at the show this past weekend!!!
